      This charming quilt has twelve different applique blocks alternated with pieced star blocks that use my SewFasst® methods of piecing, that make it even easier.  The Pieced "X" blocks are used as backgrounds for the applique, creating the illusion of even larger stars.  My 2010 Block of the Month series are used in this quilt.

     All twelve applique blocks are included along with the Alternate Star Block piecing instruction, layout and border instructions, as well.  The book is spiral bound, so it lies flat, with the piecing illustrations in FULL COLOR.  Available also as a CD.  The information is the same in both, although the CD includes the complete Applique with Me, just like the other Block of the Month CDs.
     Here is a picture of the Stars 'n' Flowers as a PHD (Project Half Done).  Have to get a few more done and the border too.
